Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:
   JJ Pools & Landscapes Pty Ltd – ABN: 55 643 981 257 – 4/16 Hook Street, Capalaba QLD 4157.
2. Promotion Period:
   The promotion runs from 4th April 2025 at 12:01 AM AEST to 30th September 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility:
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who sign a contract for a new fiberglass pool installation with JJ Pools & Landscaping during the Promotion Period.
   Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and associated agencies are ineligible.
   If swimming pool installation slots are exhausted before 30th September 2025, the draw will close and be drawn within seven (7) business days from notification.
4. How to Enter:
   Eligible customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw upon signing a contract for a new fibreglass pool installation between 4th April 2025 and 30th September 2025.
   Entry is free and forms part of the standard pool installation agreement.
5. Prize Details:
   One (1) winner will receive AUD 10,000 worth of Flight Centre Travel Vouchers, valid for booking a holiday of their choice through Flight Centre.
   The AUD 10,000 prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   The winner is responsible for any additional costs exceeding the voucher value.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement:
   The winner will be selected via a random draw at JJ Pools & Landscapes, 4/16 Hook Street, Capalaba QLD 4157.
   The draw will be announced via Livestream on Facebook on 6th October 2025 at 12:00 PM AEST.
   If the draw is closed early due to installation slots being exhausted, the draw will be conducted within seven (7) business days from notification of closure.
   The winner will be notified via phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
   The winner’s name will be announced on JJ Pools & Landscapes’ website and social media pages, unless they request otherwise.
7. Prize Redemption:
   The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification.
   If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 6th November 2025 at 12:00 PM AEST at the same location.
8. General Terms:
   • JJ Pools & Landscapes reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process.
   • JJ Pools & Landscapes is not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with the prize.
   • The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
   • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
9. Privacy Policy:
   By entering, participants consent to JJ Pools & Landscapes collecting and using their personal information for administering the promotion and marketing purposes.
   Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
